Health Side Effects of the Anti-Cancer Diet

Extra energy will be just one of the health side effects of the diet. But there are far more – and they are really something.

This is a diet where you don’t only lose weight; you’ll look good and feel great – clear headed, calm, glowing, and knowing you are getting better as each week passes.

Did you know your skin renews itself completely every 20 days? We are making new skin cells every day, and the healthier your diet, the healthier is your skin. I know this from experience.

Before I started on a healthier diet, I suffered with eczema and dermatitis quite often and was constantly having to use steroid creams and lotions. None of them really worked – as soon as my skin cleared up and I stopped using it, it always came back.


Since I started on my diet regime, these conditions have NEVER come back and my skin is now clearer and in better shape than it was in my teens. My back pain and really debilitating sciatica in my right leg has also gone. I don’t even get a twinge. My hair is in good condition, and my energy levels are better than when I was in my thirties.

My digestion used to be all over the place between constipation and then bouts of diarrhoea, bloating and cramping pains, as well as acid reflux which used to plague me at night. I hardly ever get these digestive problems now.

I followed this diet when I had to, as I couldn’t go on the way I was. Does it work? Well I lost all my excess weight - 28 pounds in around 3 months - and now wear a UK size 10 (instead of a 14). That was three years ago – I’m still the same weight more or less as I was then.

I have become much more active as well - I now have plenty of energy and I try to walk nearly every day (when I’m not pounding the computer keys, that is!)


I do hope you'll try this diet – once you get over the first few weeks (which I admit was hard for me) it will be plain sailing after that. I'm glad to say I no longer visit the doctor regularly or pick up prescriptions all the time like I used to.

I can honestly say that the last time I visited the doctor on my own behalf was just over a year ago – and that was to register for a GP as we’d moved house!
